Synapse indexes your codebase as a graph of flows, latches proven invariants onto the relationships between them, and serves that verified structure to whoever edits next. A drift gate flags governed code that changes; a gap engine points out seams with no rule at all.

Memory and safety

Encrypted at rest, tiny footprint.

Tacitus, the engine underneath, is an encrypted-at-rest graph and relational hybrid with native HNSW vector search, small enough to embed directly in the Synapse binary. A stolen disk is just ciphertext.

Every Tacitus number ran with per-tenant encryption on; the alternatives ran plaintext. Native HNSW: 0.989 recall@10 on SIFT-1M, single thread. 88 bytes per record on disk, 28 of them the authenticated encryption.
